Jerry Li, RMC

Jerry is a Registered Management Consultant (RMC) with 16 years of expertise in human capital, process redesign, and customer experience. He specializes in delivering tailored HR solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and bridge the gap between strategy and practical implementation.

An adaptable trainer, Jerry excels at engaging stakeholders and is highly regarded for his leadership development initiatives and professional Mandarin-language programs, empowering businesses to optimize their workforce in evolving markets.

Joyce Zhao, RMC

Joyce is a seasoned HR consultant and Registered Management Consultant (RMC) with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale change management and talent strategy projects. Since 2003, she has specialized in modernizing business processes and implementing high HR standards across diverse sectors, including her work as the co-founder of CareerStar International.

Her industry leadership is further recognized by the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), where she serves as the appointed SAPPHIRE Masterclass trainer.

Chia Yi Shan, IHRP-SP

Yi Shan is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience across luxury retail, FMCG, F&B, and healthcare. She has held regional director and head-level roles in MNCs, SMEs, and government-linked organizations, where she led talent acquisition, organizational development, and workplace transformation. Beyond her internal leadership, she has represented organizations to MOM and MOH to advise on critical HR matters.
