Jerry is an accomplished consultant with 16 years of experience as an external and internal consultant in strategising, implementing, and achieving planned outcome in the areas of human capital management, process redesign, and customers’ experience. With in-depth knowledge of the challenges companies encounter in HR, he excels in providing tailored solutions.

Beyond consulting, Jerry is also a skilled trainer, adept at engaging stakeholders across all levels, from junior staff to senior management. He has led numerous
training programmes focused on enhancing organisational effectiveness and leadership development. Jerry is well-known for his Chinese training programmes, catering to the needs of businesses with Mandarin-speaking teams and clients.

Berenice brings extensive experience in HR grants consultancy, curriculum development projects, skills framework development, English and Chinese bilingual training, and learning and performance, ensuring successful outcomes for her clients.

Joyce is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years of experience offering services in the human resource sector across industries. Her expertise lies in introducing new Human Resource standards, demonstrating the benefits of fundamental change to talent management, and providing leadership by example. She has successfully delivered numerous business process and HR change management projects, and is the appointed SAPPHIRE Masterclass trainer by the Singapore National Employer’s Federation (SNEF).

​Joyce is also the co-founder of CareerStar International, a recruitment consultancy, and has been an active expert in the HR sector since 2003.

Yi Shan is an experienced Human Resources leader with extensive experience across luxury retail, FMCG, F&B, and healthcare sectors. She has held regional director- and head-level human resource positions and led HR teams in MNCs, SMEs, and government-linked organisations, driving initiatives in talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation strategies, and workplace transformation. Yi Shan has served as the company representative to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Ministry of Health (MOH), and other trade associations advising on HR related matters.
