Workforce Consultancy
Up to $50,000
Transform your business with expert-led workforce strategies, AI readiness assessments, and tailored job redesign plans designed to land.

Capability Building Initiatives
Up to $60,000
Build internal capability by hiring experts to train your managers and HR teams. This enables them to lead job redesign, career health, and change management independently.

Workforce Tech Solutions
Up to $90,000
Adopt technology tools to enable data-driven workforce planning and skills development, including workforce analytics, skills gap analysis, and AI-powered HR solutions that support organisational growth.
